The Woodruff Arts Center
I had the pleasure of working at The Woodruff Arts Center, leading the Marketing & Communications team.
I organized for, supported, and coordinated educational programs, including the organization-wide CREATE ATL: Family Fun initiative and Georgia State University's Panthers at Woodruff (P.A.W.) partnership. I re-introduced social media through focused strategies, in addition to managing the Communications Specialist who executed internal and external communications, public relations, and social media operations. I lead collaborative efforts across the organization with the Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and High Museum of Art for the benefit of interdepartmental and cross-functional opportunities. I developed, managed, and executed marketing plans, as well as creative design work and email marketing for Twelve Eighty – Inspired Dining, Woodruff Special Events, Patron Experience, Woodruff Marketing, Advancement, and more. In addition to the print, digital, web-based, large format, promotional, and other design work, I was instrumental to the development of  The Woodruff app and recreation of  The Woodruff website. I oversaw and managed marketing research for The Woodruff and sub-brands, which led to efficient changes and updates through data analysis.
My time at The Woodruff provided me with the opportunity to learn and grow in many aspects, including teamwork, patience, relationships and more. My appreciation for a team work environment was enhanced upon experiencing the unrivaled relationships and results a team produces. Patience and perseverance are tools that aided in coordinating interdepartmental and cross-functional efforts. Out of all the experiences, perhaps the most versatile takeaway is the ability to value and cultivate relationships of any kind.
